Shipping in Israel (domestic)-

 - We offer delivery to your door by reputable courier. The estimated delivery time is between 3 - 7 business days. The shipping price is 40₪.

- On orders over 299₪, the shipping is free.

- There is also the option to come and collect your order and visit Bambica Studio.  Just contact us to arrange the date and time. We will be happy to meet you!

- As many of our items are breakable & heat sensitive, we do not offer delivery by regular postal service which is usually slower.

- Please take into consideration that during peak holiday periods there may be  delays in shipping times.

- We regret that we do not ship internationally.

Returns Policy -

  We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not, don't worry, you can return the item if it is unopened/unused and exchange it, or, you can receive a refund of the purchase price (not including the cost of the return shipping).

Please follow the steps below:

1- Email us with your details and details of the item/s you bought and wish to return. Let us know if you would like to exchange or to receive a refund.

2- Please send the item back to us by registered post within 14 days of receiving your package. The item must be unused & returned well packed in the original shipping box and packing materials.

3- After receiving the returned item we will send out another package to you or credit your account with the purchase price and notify you by email.
